Patrice Quintero

Patrice Quintero brings more than 20 years of communications and public relations experience to Sigler, with deep expertise in utilities, economic development, government, infrastructure, technology, crisis communications, executive communications, community relations, media relations, and issues management.

Her career spans some of Colorado's most prominent institutions. She spent nearly 15 years at Colorado Springs Utilities, where she served as Senior Public Affairs Specialist, building expertise in communicating complex utility operations to diverse public audiences. She went on to serve as Communications Manager and then Vice President of Communications at the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, where she led the organization's communications strategy through a period of significant regional growth.

Earlier in her career, she served as Communications Director at USA Cycling and as an Associate Producer for NBCOlympics.com during the 2000 Sydney Games. Patrice brings the kind of practical, roll-up-your-sleeves energy and substantive public-sector experience that complex infrastructure and issues work demands.
