Contract Project Manager, Brand Transition

Sigler Communications is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented contract Project Manager to support a major brand transition for a client in Southern Massachusetts. This is a part-time contract role expected to run for approximately 16–18 months.

The work will involve managing the operational workback for a complex rebrand, including timelines, owners, meeting follow-ups, asset tracking, vendor coordination, stakeholder readiness, and launch planning. The ideal candidate is calm, proactive, organized, and comfortable bringing structure to a project with many moving parts.

Because the client is based in the Fall River / Southern Massachusetts area, the role will require some in-person work at the client office. Local or regional candidates are strongly preferred.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain the master project workback plan
• Track key milestones, dependencies, owners, and deadlines
• Join working meetings and capture decisions, action items, and follow-ups
• Keep project documentation organized and current
• Coordinate with internal client teams, external vendors, creative partners, legal, communications, operations, sales, and production teams
• Help manage asset inventories across brand, digital, sales, product, packaging, signage, templates, systems, and customer-facing materials
• Track open decisions and ensure the right people are involved at the right time
• Help prepare agendas, meeting recaps, status updates, and leadership check-ins
• Support launch readiness planning as the project moves closer to rollout
• Flag risks, bottlenecks, missed deadlines, and areas where decisions are needed

What we're looking for

• Strong project management, operations, marketing operations, creative operations, communications, or brand implementation experience
• Experience managing cross-functional timelines and deliverables
• Excellent follow-up and documentation skills
• Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate complicated conversations into clear next steps
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and bring structure to ambiguity
• Calm, practical, solutions-oriented working style
• Comfort working in a hybrid role with some on-site presence in the New Bedford / Southern Massachusetts area

Time commitment

The time commitment may vary by project phase. Some weeks may be lighter, while key planning, approval, and launch-readiness periods may require more active coordination. This is intended to be a steady part-time contract engagement over approximately 18 months.
