Patrice Quintero, Senior Consultant at Sigler Communications

DENVER, CO — Sigler Communications has hired Patrice Quintero as a Senior Consultant, expanding the firm's capacity to support clients navigating complex public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications challenges.

Quintero brings more than 20 years of experience across public affairs, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and complex project support. She joins a team that works with utilities, infrastructure developers, public agencies, and mission-driven organizations on some of the most consequential communications challenges in the West.

Quintero's career spans some of Colorado's most prominent institutions. She spent nearly 15 years at Colorado Springs Utilities, where she served as Senior Public Affairs Specialist, building expertise in communicating complex utility operations to diverse public audiences. She went on to serve as Communications Manager and then Vice President of Communications at the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, where she led the organization's communications strategy through a period of significant regional growth. Earlier in her career, she served as Communications Director at USA Cycling and as an Associate Producer for NBCOlympics.com during the 2000 Sydney Games.

She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder — where she received the National Association of Hispanic Journalists scholarship, the Gerald A. Bean scholarship, and two fellowships — and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Davis.

Quintero's hire reflects Sigler's continued investment in practitioners with substantive public-sector experience and the ability to work across the full range of issues the firm's clients face.
