Amprius Technologies

Amprius is an American-based company headquartered in Fremont, California that produces advanced silicon lithium-ion batteries used in aviation devices by the U.S. military, Airbus, and other companies. The company sought to open a new primary manufacturing facility at a 775,000 square foot site in Brighton, Colorado. Local neighbors expressed concerns about the factory's proximity to neighborhoods and schools and questioned its safety.

Sigler was hired to help Amprius communicate with the public about the project, dispel misinformation, calm safety-related fears, and build support among local officials. We arranged several public project open houses and community meetings, helped Amprius build a network of supporters, coordinate letters of support, and secured positive media coverage for the project.
