Project Overview
The North Texas Municipal Water District was building its $1-billion Bois d’Arc Lake project (the first reservoir to be built in Texas in 30 years) in Fannin County. The project included the construction of the dam/reservoir, pump stations, 60 miles of raw and finished water pipelines, and 70 MGD water treatment plant. NTMWD needed assistance communicating about the project to encourage positive public sentiment and communicate construction impacts.
